The session will begin with a discussion on pelvic floor anatomy, function, and common challenges, breaking down the myths and giving you practical tips for integrating pelvic floor care into daily life with Dr. Alyssa Demeule, PT, DPT of MomLife Health & Wellness. Then, you will flow through a short yoga sequence specifically designed to promote mindfulness of the pelvic floor muscles with yoga instructor Michelle Harrington.
