Bring your baby and join us as we help you rebuild strength and mobility after childbirth! This intimate class addresses core stability, pelvic floor health, and common postpartum discomforts like diastasis recti. With personalized attention from a pelvic floor physical therapist, you’ll get the expert support you need while bonding with your baby.

These classes are flexibly designed—you can take them as a full series or drop in for individual sessions, whichever suits your schedule best!
