Join us as we help you rebuild strength and mobility! This intimate class addresses core stability and pelvic floor health, perfect for anyone wanting to rebuild their core, whether they are newly postpartum or just in need of more core support. With personalized attention from a pelvic floor physical therapist, you’ll get the expert recommendations you need. This class is postpartum-safe!

These classes are flexibly designed—you can take them as a full series or drop in for individual sessions, whichever suits your schedule best!
