Prenatal Fitness Pods

Running Oct 28-Nov 21, Mondays and Thursdays at 4pm

This class, limited to just six moms-to-be, focuses on building strength and mobility to support your changing body during pregnancy. Led by a pelvic floor physical therapist, you’ll enjoy safe, effective exercises that target key areas to help alleviate discomfort and prepare your body for childbirth.

These classes are flexibly designed—you can take them as a full series or drop in for individual sessions, whichever suits your schedule best!
