Return to Exercise and your Pelvic Floor

Ashley Pedi, PEX personal trainer, will be joining Rachel Schacht, pelvic floor physical therapist from Momlife Health and Wellness, in a workshop designed for the postpartum community to explore safe exercise practices and their impact on the pelvic floor. We will delve into the anatomy and physiology of the pelvic floor and pressure management system, offering an understanding of how it functions as a whole system. Participants will leave with practical tips and strategies to safely and more confidently return to exercise.
