Enjoy a full body workout using light resistance bands without the machines. We tone our full body with this Contemporary Pilates mat work which focuses on strengthening specific muscle groups and reducing joint strain.  Please bring a yoga mat - all other props available to borrow. 

Bare feet or sticky socks suggested.
