Join Kayla Mehr in her Westwood studio for a small group training class, followed by diastasis recti checks and Q&A with pelvic floor physical therapist Dr. Caryn Phillips!
This 50 minute small group training is a total body circuit style workout. Whether you are a beginner, pregnant, postpartum or advanced athlete, these workouts are safe, effective, fun and challenging. We will use a variety of equipment from dumbbells, stability balls, TRX, battle rope and more. You will build strength, burn a ton of calories, gain energy and leave feeling amazing! Non mobile babies are always welcome!
