Join Katie Aissis from Sprouting Tree Yoga to enjoy this special time to connect with your baby and other mamas while you breathe and move!
In this 4-week series we will practice gentle yoga sequences for both mom and baby. You will be guided through breathework and yoga postures to release tension and build resilience and strength. You will also learn some “baby yoga” poses for your little one; designed to promote early body awareness, autonomy, and flexibility. Some of the themes we will explore together include:
connection and bonding
playfulness
letting go of expectations
embracing the tiny moments of self-care that are available to us in the midst of the demands of motherhood
This is by no means a “traditional” yoga class; at Baby & Me Yoga anything goes! Katie strives to create a relaxed, casual environment where you can unapologetically meet the needs of your baby (and yourself!) throughout the duration of the class.
This event is a 4-week series (1/4, 1/11, 1/18 and 1/25) and costs $96 to sign up. Space is limited!
